We're a boutique agency for authors — small on purpose, formal in how we handle money, and transparent about what we can and can't prove. Here's everything in one place.
Formal PDF invoices, every time
Every engagement is documented with a numbered PDF invoice that includes company details, scope of work, line items, and a secure payment link. WhatsApp and email are concierge channels for fast questions — they never replace a formal invoice.
Encrypted, PCI-DSS card processing
Card payments are processed by encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant providers. Card numbers never touch our servers and are never stored. Bank-transfer details are issued only inside an active invoice.
Written consent for every named client
We anonymize clients by default. The only clients we name publicly — currently Rhiannon Hargadon's Bloody Black — have provided written permission. Raw dashboards behind anonymized case studies are available on request under NDA.

Refund & re-do policy
Every campaign has scope and deliverables written into the invoice. If we miss a deliverable, we re-do the work or refund the unused portion — no chasing required.
Public-facing team & address
Our specialist team, agency address, and contact channels are published on the site. We are a boutique agency with an intentionally small client roster — not an anonymous freelancer page.
Common concerns, answered directly
"Why is there a WhatsApp / email option at checkout?"
Many of our authors are based outside the US and prefer to confirm scope on WhatsApp before payment — it's the dominant business channel in the UK, Nigeria, India, and the Philippines. WhatsApp and email are concierge channels, not a payment method. The actual payment always goes through a formal PDF invoice with a secure card or bank-transfer link. You can request a card-only, invoice-first checkout at any time — just ask.
"Why don't I see years of Trustpilot reviews?"
Our public-facing brand under the Ultimate Growth Agency name launched in June 2026 as a boutique agency setup. The team behind it has been doing book marketing for years on Fiverr and direct contracts — you can see our long-standing Fiverr presence in the footer. We're building our Trustpilot footprint now, in public, one verified review at a time.
"Can I see proof your case studies are real?"
Yes. Our headline case study — Bloody Black by Rhiannon Hargadon — is verifiable on Goodreads with the author's name, ratings count, and review count all matching what we publish. Anonymized KDP dashboards are available on request under NDA.
"How do I pay an invoice safely?"
Pay only against an invoice number that matches the PDF we sent you. Card payments go through encrypted processors; bank-transfer details are issued from the invoice page. Never send funds to a personal account that isn't on the invoice — if anything looks off, contact us before paying.
