Ultimate Growth Agency ("UGA", "we", "us") is a full-service book marketing and publishing agency based in the United States, providing book promotion, Amazon KDP publishing, BookTok marketing, social media management, Google Ads, Amazon A+ Content, website design, and related author visibility services.
2. Services
We offer Kindle Formatting & KDP Publishing, Book Promotion, Amazon KDP Ads, BookTok Viral Strategy, Social Media Management, Google Ads, Amazon A+ Content, Ebook Marketing, and Website Design & Redesign. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon individually via email before work begins. Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a binding agreement.
3. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in the individual agreement for each project. We require payment confirmation before work begins. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing, except where UGA fails to deliver the agreed service.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information about their book and goals, respond to communications in a reasonable timeframe, supply required materials by agreed dates, and confirm they hold the rights to all materials submitted to UGA. UGA is not responsible for delays caused by late delivery of client materials.
5. Amazon Compliance
All services involving Amazon are designed and executed in full compliance with Amazon's Terms of Service. Our ARC review community operates with genuine readers who participate voluntarily. We do not offer, and strictly prohibit, any form of incentivised or fake reviews.
6. Results Disclaimer
While we work diligently to deliver strong results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes including Amazon rankings, sales figures, or review counts. Our case studies and testimonials represent real results but are not a guarantee of future performance.
7. Intellectual Property
